Marcus sees software development as a socio-technical challenge, not just a technical one. With long experience in both software and business development, he works where the two meet: linking business value to agile ways of building software. He's the founder of QueensLab, Happy at Work and Keenear, and admits to a lifelong "entrepreneurial disorder": he wants to dig into every idea he comes across to see if it can work. When he's not building, he's in the water.
